RSP and HP-UX servers

Hello Team,

really i am facing a big issue on HP-UX servers, i have to install RSP and SIM for a mission Crtical account, Noe SIM 5.3 and RSP are installed, the CMS serevr is well configured and entitled,. i cann see the serevr in the ISEE date base,

mu issue is with HP-UX servers: the oS is HP-UX 11.11. i have installed all requarements: Openssl,Webes,OnlineDiag,SMH,apatch,Boudle11.11i,evenmonitoring and SFM, without errors, avery thing is fine, I can dicover the Server in SIM,

the issue, is:

1-when i click in identify the system, he freez on check Webem authentification and show failed at the end.
2-after configuring the HP-UX servers, could you please tell me step by step what should i do in SIM ?
3-the entitelment based on SN and SAID, i can't got the green in the entitelment TAB
4- i can only see the CMS server in the servers services but not the oether servers
