      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Matthew,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is your configuration ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got the same problem on a VM Windows 2008 R2 with a fresh install of IRSA A 5.80.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have in the RSSWM\Logs\SWM-SIMcontext an error referring to a certificate problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"A certificate chain could not be built to a trusted root authority"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't touch the HP SIM certificate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed the date and time format (was in french put it in english US) but not better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try after changing also the location (France to US)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep you posted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I worked on this for hours yesterday with an HP Technician and we could not get it to work.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Our best guess is that somehow the client is not using the Windows account authentication correctly.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You are supposed to install all these components as the same account you install HP SIM with while logged into the console of the server, not RDP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still have not found a solution and probably will not be able to get back to working on it until next week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks to my colleague (many thanks to him again !)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We managed to install IRSA A 05.80. It was a certificate problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like some certificates were missing so we had to install them following the attached procedure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was made for another problem but it worked for this problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it will do the trick for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peace&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JohD&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
