      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have a CMS that runs command view too with a changed host IP address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Insight RS 7.0.5 and CV 10.2 is working fine, but we are unable to delete the entry with the old IP address from the device list (cannot delete hosting device).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to do that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Torsten,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, is the "DELETE" button greyed out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the device in question disabled for monitoring?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What message do you see when you hover the mouse pointer on the "DELETE" button?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Torsten,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there another device with the new ip address listed as well ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hosting Device&amp;nbsp; IP addresses need/have to remain static/fixed. The ip address is used as part of the registration process, token etc.&amp;nbsp; This is unknown area at the moment.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Not sure that there is/will be an easy/simple&amp;nbsp; fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you&amp;nbsp; please raise a support ticket to investigate further?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
