    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have a case opened CASE:4644958357 with level 3 IRS but we cannot sill register our device online. (&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://h20564.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc)"&gt;http://h20564.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have unexpected error (IEE 8) after 5-6 minutes or could not saving portal visibility (firefox)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the HP registration is Ok but HP insight online failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prerequesites is&amp;nbsp; ok : the port has been opened&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;help would be grateful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thomas Bailleul&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
