    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have been runing IRS 7.0.5 (since updated to 7.0.8) on this machine for a year.&amp;nbsp; Today I cannot log in - error I see is This Page Cannot Be Displayed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Link has always been&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://localhost:7906/" target="_blank"&gt;https://localhost:7906/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried IE10 and Chrome - same thing.&amp;nbsp; This morning the login screen was displayed due to a time out logoff from last Friday.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I entered&amp;nbsp;credentials and clicked login.&amp;nbsp; It failed.&amp;nbsp; All subsequent attempts to open the This Page Cannot Be Displayed&amp;nbsp; page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wccproxy is running. TLS and SSL are enabled. Firewall is off.&amp;nbsp; OS is 2008 R2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Anybody else see this recently?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
