Cannot login to Insight Remote Support 7.0.8

Have been runing IRS 7.0.5 (since updated to 7.0.8) on this machine for a year. Today I cannot log in - error I see is This Page Cannot Be Displayed. Link has always been https://localhost:7906/

Tried IE10 and Chrome - same thing. This morning the login screen was displayed due to a time out logoff from last Friday. I entered credentials and clicked login. It failed. All subsequent attempts to open the This Page Cannot Be Displayed page.

wccproxy is running. TLS and SSL are enabled. Firewall is off. OS is 2008 R2. Anybody else see this recently?
