    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Insight Remote Support team &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;has seen some isolated cases where upgrades to I-RS 7.0.9 have failed. The recommendation is that customers backup their system before upgrading, and if there is a failure, do a fresh install and a restore from backup.&amp;nbsp; The backup and restore specific instructions are contained in the I-RS documentation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The I-RS team continues to investigate this issue to determine root cause, and will provide updates as we encounter them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
