Hello Gentlmen,

I have a problem with IRS 7.0.9. install on the MS Hper-V VM with Windows 2012

I have discover the OA i have registred the Remote support on the OA setting and the IRS receveid a messagges of the test connecttivity between OA ( version 4.01) and IRS.

I try to reproduce the fault ( FAN, power supply for example ) but the IRS doesn't receveid the messagges from OA

Do you any idea why this strange situation ?

This could be a number of issues - we would recommend at this time that you open a support case with HP to have the customer support team assist in troubleshooting this issue.

I have found the solution

For test on theIRS I have plug out the power supply ; this type of test is not more possible to do.

the real test is that one broken the part :-).

Everything work fine
