    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am am having this issue with 2-3 hundred servers ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I.e the status of the server in IRS is red on status &amp;amp; Warranty &amp;amp; Contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i select a server and choose Refresh Warranty and Contract, then i get "Entitlement cannot be requested because the S/N device is not registered."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if i choose to Discover the device first, i can see under ILO that the device is actually registerred to the IRS server, even if i manually choose to unregister the server first, and then discover it again, it registers ok, but i still cannot get it to entitled status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is appriciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Br&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Patric&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
