HPRSMAIN Service keeps stopping

The HPRSMAIN service keeps stopping.

Cannot connect to console, Items will not communicate with it, etc.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Version is 7.3 and I just noticed it yesterday. After install it did appear to work.

I would go back to 7.2, but I cannot find it anywhere.

This would be a time I suggest that you contact HP Support for help with the hprsmain stopping.

They should be able to assist with getting this straightened out.

Yes, thanks. That's my next step.

Took a shot to see if anyone else had simple fix first.
