As described in the title I can not reach the IRS Website after the upgrade to Version 7.4.

Is there a specific IRS log where I can see why? The HP services are running at all

Error free Upgrade, Service running but no Site.

Have a look in HPRSMain log file at <installation drive>:\ProgramData\HP\RS\LOG

Current file is the one with highest index for todays date : hprs-<todays date>.<index>.log

Hi all,

There are some known issues where Insight Remote Support isn't starting properly after an upgrade,

due to some files that were locked and could not be properly installed.

A question - how long after the upgrade itself completes have you waited before attempting to login? For the user that provided a small part of the log - can you attach the entire log for the day - not all the files - just the most current log file.

Yes, seems that waiting 2h was not long enough.

Read your Post and try Today again and now it is working.

By the Way:

Found and delete thousands of up to 2 Year old Files in the LOG directory.

Free up 60GB Space.

Repairing IRS would resolve the issue.

Repair using hprs7kit.msi file from below location

This happened to my instance of HP IRS Version 7.14 after applying the May 2024 Windows Updates. Right-click on the hprs7kit.msi and then Repair fixed it. Many thanks!

Same here, IRS 7.14 on Server 2019 needed repair after MS May 2024 updates.
