IRS 7.3 registration error

Hi expert,

I have a problem during the IRS 7.3 registration

For connecting to the hp site I need to use the proxy server and the username and password

When I try to connecting the irs for a first registration i have meet a problem

The customer use the squid proxy and the username and password for autentication and port 8080

The customer has performed a trace form the server with irs to the proxy server ; in the log i check that on the proxy server arrive a request from the irs server with a name server and not a username and password

Very strange

Please can you help me ?
