      <title>HP Insight Remote Support registration error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to register my server to hp (direct), and receive error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Remote Support Registration Error. Protocol error occurred while communicating with the HP Insight Remote Support receiver.Please retry. (Cannot establish SSL connection)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ILO configured on dedicated Ilo network port as global IPv4, DNS set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.4.4.4.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Previous (as 4 hours ago) i successfully update all firmware from ILO to lates versions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help fix this truble.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Server HP ProLiant DL320e Gen8 v2 (ILO 4)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure iLO 4 Firmware is 2.22 and IPv6 is disabled (Network &amp;gt; iLO Dedicated Network port &amp;gt; IPv6)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset iLO and try again, it should work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
