    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to reset the password and login for insight remote support? I had set this up a while ago, and I can't seem to login with any login/password combination that would have been used. I have also tried accounts in the administrator group with no luck.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The administrator account on the local box (not in an LDAP group) is generally the account that is used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In any case, the user for Insight Remote Support must be a member of the Administrator Group as&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;defined on the box on which is it running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't spark your memory - you would need to open a support case with HP to have support&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;assist you with this request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
