Hi,

The easy way is to use the Delete button next to the devices (this is new with 3.90), then try running this command on each Server:
/opt/hpservices/RemoteSupport/bin/reconnectToServer

Hope this helps,
Marius,
in most cases the reason for "unname devices" are a problem with the name resolution on the SPOP or a cloned system. If a system is installed with an ignite tape from another system on which ISEE was installed and configured the this new system will show up in the ESC as "unnamed device". To correct this, ISEE needs to be removed and reinstalled.
If the reason for an "unnamed device" entry is that the systemname cannot be properly resolved from th SPOP correct this and do a reconnectToServer.
There are for sure other reasons for a unnamed device but these two are the most common.
Regards
Frauke
