Update to 7.7 problems

Hi,

I've just tried to update from 7.6 to 7.7 as there was in the IRS console.

I've clicked the option to update now.

Waht happens is that the IRS service disapeared, and thus, I can't open the console.

I hope I've not lost all the data.

Is advisable to setup using the irs 7.7 installation package, in order to try to keep the data?

That would likely work, but at this point, I would suggest contacting HPE Support for assistance in recovering.

Did you managed to bring up IRS? Seems that I got same situation after applying this patch.

What I was suggested was to de-install IRS and install it again from scratch (version 7.6).

Before that I've backed up the IRS folders.

After install, I've restored the backed up DATA folder to the present install location.

After start the services, all the data was there.

the new IRS v7.7 v2 kit helps resolves some of the IRS upgrade issues.
