SSH Credentials says No valid connection to Brocade SAN director with HPRS 7..7.0.20

Hi,

I've a issue wth configuring SSH credentials for a Brocade SAN director (running FOS version 6.4.3b).

When I start the SAN Configuration Collection for this device, i get the following error:

No valid connection to: sw181-mgmt.example..nl using Protocol: SSHProtocol

I am sure that the provided user/password are correct. However, I can successully log into the SAN device when I use the same user/password using Putty.

Does anybody know what could be the problem here?

I think I found the potential problem. When I try to setup a SSH session via powershell, it takes it long time to establish the SSH session. I think I am facing a timeout problem.
Does anybody know how to increase the time to establish the SSH session?

Problem solved!

The problem was caused due to non-existing dns servers were configured on the SAN directors.
