    <description>&lt;P&gt;Doesn't exchange 365 require authentication to send email? &amp;nbsp;Currently I-RS doesn't support that - but it's on the roadmap for an upcoming release.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MS Server 2008&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can find the ProgramData\HP\RS\LOG directory however I can find no emtries for smtp.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am attempting to fing out why my alerts are not making it to my exchange server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it worked until we went to exchange 365, direct send is configured.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are having the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Test mails through the configuration of the email adapter are comming through fine. Other mails not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can check the SMTP logs in the ~\Programdata\HP\RS\Log, look for the file with name&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;hprs-YYYY-MM-DD.0, search for the SMTP server name or IP address. Do note that the current versionof IRS (v7.x) does not support authentication for SMTP connection.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
