Where Can I find the smtp logs for the iRS program

MS Server 2008

I can find the ProgramData\HP\RS\LOG directory however I can find no emtries for smtp.

I am attempting to fing out why my alerts are not making it to my exchange server.

it worked until we went to exchange 365, direct send is configured.

Doesn't exchange 365 require authentication to send email? Currently I-RS doesn't support that - but it's on the roadmap for an upcoming release.

We are having the same problem.

Test mails through the configuration of the email adapter are comming through fine. Other mails not.

You can check the SMTP logs in the ~\Programdata\HP\RS\Log, look for the file with name hprs-YYYY-MM-DD.0, search for the SMTP server name or IP address. Do note that the current versionof IRS (v7.x) does not support authentication for SMTP connection.
