Is there a way to edit a template and change the subject line or the body of an email notification sent from IRS 7.8?

I'm trying to email my ticketing system directly but in order to create a ticket the email must follow a predifined format. That's where my query comes about.

I have checked with the team, and at this time - changing these templates is not possible - however, I have requested that this capability be added as an enhancement request to the product backlog.

Sorry I couldn't tell you how to do this right now, but thanks for submitting this idea!
