    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you check the two IRS&amp;nbsp;Services, hope they are running? Try restarting these two services and try login to IRS Console.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yuo can check the IRS logs for any PostGres DB issues or other issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Main Log file location for 7.x (includes &lt;/U&gt;&lt;U&gt;installation logs as well as server discovery logs.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;U&gt;):&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\LOG (this is a hidden directory)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Key log file hprs-YYYY-MM-DD.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Connectivity transmission files:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\DATA\INTEGRATION\adapters\HpAdapter\sessions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stop/Start IRS Services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;net stop hprsmain&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;net start hprsmain&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Installation completed but no access</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've installed IRS 7.08 , the install completed successfully .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I tried to open the console with https://localhsot:7906&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it fails , I checked and there's no process listening on port 7906 , look like something is missing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hard to troubleshoot over the this medium.&amp;nbsp; Did you try to redo the install?&amp;nbsp; If you have, then it's time to raise a call with HPE Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes I checked the services and they were all running&lt;BR /&gt;I didn’t look at it he logs , I solved updating the installation I had even if I did want to move it into another server</description>
