    <description>Hi David,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you click on System, do you see the old information there?&lt;BR /&gt;If nothing there, then go ahead with the configuration.&lt;BR /&gt;If the old info are still there, which could mean the swremove might have problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <title>ISEE re-installation issue</title>

      <description>I am trying to reinstall ISEE, after successfully removing it from the server and reinstalling and going to the webpage start.html it does not ask for information anymore but goes straight to the menu select for notification, system, config etc.  Anyone help here?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>
