HPUX 11.0: Instant Support Enterprise Edition (ISEE Tool)

What is the offical release date of the ISEE tool? What is the offical date that HP Predictive will no longer be supported? I have heard conflicting dates. Also, at what point will it the ISEE tool be bundle together with all the requirements as predictive is today?

Hi (again):

OK. The FAQ states (in part) that Predictive Support will be discontinued June 30, 2003 until which time it will be supported with "standard updates and patches". It then says, "Predictive end of service begins April 1, 2004. After this date, Predictive events for HP-UX will no longer be processed".
