You can give a try to create one more test user with the same privileges and test if you still face the issue or it was just a bug.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue continues, contacting HPE support will be ideal.       <title>Remote Insight Support 7.11</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have installed HPE Remote Insight Support on a Windows VM.&lt;BR /&gt;After installing RS i am using AD Configuration with&amp;nbsp;rsadmin auth -activeDirectory.&lt;BR /&gt;Now i want to login on website.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But i cannot login in the webconsole:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Message: Insufficient permissions to access page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have added the user in the local admin group.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But it doesent work ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any Ideas?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Greetings&lt;BR /&gt;Stefan&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But it dont work for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the moment i use the local authentification.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, I tried again, but I get the message in the web interface that I do not have sufficient permission to access the page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Stefan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
