    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a new certs.zip from HPE support, which I had to replace in the directory "%HP_RS_DATA%\ucacore\certs\certs.zip".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a reboot of the IRS the update could be downloaded and installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to update Insight remote support from version 7.11.0.179 to 7.11.0.504. However, I get the following error when downloading the package:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;ID:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Patch7110Pkg&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Group:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;UCA_V1&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Status:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Error&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Information:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Caught an unexpected exception while verifying digital signature of downloaded package Patch7110Pkg (7.11.0.504). HPE requires a S/N for each case, the IRS is a virtual machine, I cannot specify a S/N here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you saying this didn't work?&amp;nbsp; I would have expected an update to the certificates to happen silently behind the scenes when you pressed "check for updates"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would have to find out about the SN ...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
