    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello HP&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Community&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to update my Insight Remote Support to&amp;nbsp;v7.14.0.563 but I got the ff error when I tried to download the update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Caught an unexpected exception while verifying digital signature of downloaded package ProdUpgPkg (7.14.0.563).       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a similar &lt;A href="https://community.hpe.com/t5/insight-remote-support/insight-remote-support-download-update-to-version-7-11-0-504-not/td-p/7171722" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;post&lt;/A&gt; where customer had to contact HPE Support for help.&lt;BR /&gt;There is also a link to download the zip file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You!&lt;BR /&gt;I work with HPE but opinions expressed here are mine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
