I have 7.12.0 hpe irs and its not open in web. I attached snap for your reference..

Hi,

Have you tried the localhost IP? 127.0.0.1
Have you tried to ping the localhost?
Have you tried a different computer or browser?
Disable VPN or Proxy, Firewall or Browser Extensions.

Try the basic troubleshooting, this issue is only for you? are there any other users who can access this IRS?

Hi Suman,

Local host ping is reachable and also tried in explorer but issue showing same.And VPN , proxy, firewall and extention are disabled.

Were you able to solve the problem?
I had the same problem when I changed the IRS from a Windows Server 2016 to a Windows Server 2022. After each reboot of the server, the website was not accessible, although both IRS services were running.
Can you check the status of the two services
HPE Insight Remote Support
and
HPE Insight Remote Support Event Receiver
and restart these services. If the website then appears, change the startup type of the two services from Automatic to Automatic (Delayed Start) and restart the server.

For me, this adjustment has solved the problem.

Hello @Ahmadali1,
Check if the HPE IRS service is running and that port 7906 is open on your firewall. Also verify Java is properly configured, as IRS relies on it. Restarting the IRS service may help restore web access.
