Abel,

There are known issues with OSEM v1.3.7 when sending Problem Reports upstream to ISEE. If you are intending on using ISEE with OSEM you must upgrade to OSEM v1.3.7A. As far as the OSEM Viewer not launching, check the following:

1. Launch Task Manager and ensure that the CRSM5Invoker.exe process is running. If it is not Launch Windows Services API and try stop/start/restart.

2. From the Windows CLI run the command: C:\>netstat, look for the port 2069, it should be listening. If it is and OSEM has not been started then suspect another application using that port. This should not be the case as port 2069 is a registered port but in the event that it is, you can change the port that OSEM receives on. If you find this to be the case, please contact me for the instructions.

Regards,

Jay

Are you accessing OSEM locally or remote?

If you paste this into a browser:

http://localhost:2069/default.htm

What happens exactly?

Did you install 'snmp' services on this machine?

BTW:

The syntax for the netstat command to view all ports is:

C:\>netstat /a
