    <description>While installing ISEE on a Proliant running Microsoft Windows 2003 I get the following error: "An error occurred while downloading the file &lt;A href="http://www.installengine.com/isengine/isscript.msi." target="_blank"&gt;http://www.installengine.com/isengine/isscript.msi.&lt;/A&gt; What would you like to do?"  Retry or cancel. &lt;BR /&gt;This happens during the HpTTeventHandler phase of the ISEE install.  Retry is useless and cancel means HpTTeventHandler doesn't get installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions?</description>

      <description>Hi Cindy,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This error is a behaviour you will see more&lt;BR /&gt;often when installing an ISEE client on windows.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The first error means that the client is not&lt;BR /&gt;able to get the latest install engine from the internet. This is not a problem at all.&lt;BR /&gt;If you press 'cancel' the installation continues normally..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The second error is also expected and not related to the first one.&lt;BR /&gt;The HpTTeventHandler is a service which gets installed if the installation encounters an HP Netserver. On HP Proliants&lt;BR /&gt;this service is invalid and therefore doesn't install.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Conclusion:&lt;BR /&gt;Despite the errors you have seen the ISEE client has installed correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does this answer your question?</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;Cindy,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can just ignore the error since your Proliant Server DOES NOT require HpTTeventHandler.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
