Unable to create installdriver instance

While installing ISEE on W2k-Server I get the error-message:
"1608:Unable to create InstallDriver instance, ReturnCode: -2147024891"
ISEE has been installed on other server with same configuration without any error.

Michael,

This is not an ISEE error, but here are some articles I can find on the Net:

My suggestion is to try re-installing InstallShield first:

thanks for your help, problem was a wrong setting of DCOM-permissions.
