There are things you can check, for example, verify that the mad (motive assistant daemon) process is running. Instructions as to how to do this are platform specific, so please tell me the platform on which you installed the ISEE A.03.95 Client.

Also did you have any issues configuring the ISEE Client, e.g., failure during the Client entitlement phase?

Take care,
frank

Following an install of of 3.95 ISEE client software, I am unable to connect from any pc (including the SPOP) any of 4 clients using the following command: http://<CLIENT ip="">:5060/start.html

Client says 5060 is open between SPOP and client. Are there some things I can check before going back to the customer and saying it's port 5060?

</CLIENT>
