    <description>&lt;BR /&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a Web browser installed, you can try this URL:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://isee.asiapac.hp.com/mots/motserv" target="_blank"&gt;http://isee.asiapac.hp.com/mots/motserv&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should get a Front End Statistics page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, make sure you can resolve the name &amp;amp; IP of your HP Backend Server:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;isee.asiapac.hp.com (192.170.77.107)&lt;BR /&gt;isee.europe.hp.com (192.6.126.144)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The mad.log should have some errors relating to the connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Here is the error in mad.log:&lt;BR /&gt;030806 10:29:54.733 ERROR,[Comm] NetworkException (8): host not found&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Possible causes: &lt;BR /&gt;1. Your Server is unable to resolve the IP address of HP Backend Server.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Your Server is unable to resolve the IP Address of your Proxy/Firewall Server.&lt;BR /&gt;3. You have incorrect Server Name defined in the ISEE GUI. You can see this entry under Configuration options/System.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope that helps,&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
