One of our client had a problem with Adler installation.

After installation of Adler SPOP at the customer's site. It all looks to have gone well with no errors in the logs and only success messages seen. However they have noticed that even thought the SWM registration completed successfully, it has left the SPOP unpatched, and the antivirus has not been updated.

They have checked the SWM logs and it says all is ok. Have also tried to re-run the SWM registration and this ends saying it has already completed successfully.

It looks like the package subscriptions on the ISEE backend (HP Side), no longer push patches and av.

Can somebody help us with this?
Hi Naveem,

How many packages do you see there? If you are HP Employee supporting ISEE, you may want to raise a L3 case, this problem has been seen lately and it's being investigated.

Regards,
