    <title>topic Reporting cpqSm2InterfaceError - why? in Insight Remote Support</title>
    <link>https://community.hpe.com/t5/insight-remote-support/reporting-cpqsm2interfaceerror-why/m-p/3886500#M917</link>
<description>I have on 2 customer sites ISEE reporting the above error and when checking OSEM and ISEE it states "The Integrated Remote Insight Lights-Out Edition board in the server &lt;NAME&gt; a Proliant DLxx0 (happening on all flavors) with serial number xxxxxxx has reported an interface error and should be replaced unless the PCI slot has been disabled". These are all recently installed servers (new) and ISEE A.400 and IM 7.50, I cannot believe that I have approximately 20 bad RILOE cards. In about one third of the systems I have turned off notification in the IM agents, because the servers are not using them, but in the others they are being used. Does anyone know of a fix or is this a false error or what? Thanks!&lt;/NAME&gt;</description>
