a problem about ISEE and EMS

I have installed ISEE in my system.
so could I disable EMS,is it recommended?
and I want to know whether ISEE can cover all the monitor event EMS can do?thanks

No, you cannot disable EMS. Infact ISEE has a listner to pick up the alarms generated from EMS.

ISEE is just a transport, EMS will monitor and detect hardware errors, then communicate with ISEE.

ISEE will not work without EMS.
