Event ID: 10009 - Source: DCOM -> Errors during a Identify Systems Task.

Here is the Error message I receive over and over again in the Windows Event Log. I removed the IP address from the error message.

Event ID: 10009

User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: CXPP067LS071
Description:
DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer "IP Address" using any of the configured protocols.

Why is this happening?
