I'm trying to access a server through the web agent (port 2381) and I'm getting an HTTP Status 404, Not Found error in the bottom left frame which is preventing the rest of the frames from loading. Anyone experience this before?

Try restarting the HP Web Agent.
Has it worked in the past?

Restarted the web agent and still no luck. Actually since we're starting to use SIM more now I never noticed if this was working before. We have 153 servers discovered and I just tried 5 of them and all 5 gave me the same 404 error in the bottom left frame. All 5 servers are at 7.10.

Steve,

I am sure you tried this already, but may I suggest this:

Make sure to use https:// and not http://. The web agent requires SSL.

If that does not work, try using a FQDN instead of just the server name. for example:

Instead of https://myserver:2381

try https://myserver.mydomain.com:2381

Perhaps is is as simple as a name resolution problem.

Nelson

I just tried what you suggest using the FQDN and it didn't help. Loading the Systems Management homepage is not a problem -- it's when I click on the Insight Management Agents link. The bottom left frame gets a 404 Not Found error when trying to load /WEBAGENT/NAVFRAME.TPF.
