Hi,

I want to run a custom command on the SIM server at an event.
When it runs I receive the following error:

EXCEPTION CLASS: com.hp.mx.exceptions.MxFailedAuthenticationException
EXCEPTION: Authentication failed.

I am logged in as the install account. What can be the problem and how is it to solve?

Thanks

Probably SSH and you'll need to step through the SSH info on the HP HPSIM Document site.

From Memory the Readme has some stuff on setting up SSH, plus there's some white papers.
