    <description>Hi All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am unable to connect to the HP SIM console via https://servername:50000 as it says a suitable JPI is not detected.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have installed this on my workstation and refreshed but it still does not detect and hence does not display the login page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many Thanks in advance&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Joe</description>

      <description>Where are you connecting from and what OS, Browser etc?&lt;BR /&gt;From your workstation do you have any JRE's installed? what version?&lt;BR /&gt;If you're using IE, check under Advanced Options, is there any check against Java (Sun) Use JRE .... if so what's the version?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe try downloading JRE 1.4.2_06 and installing that and retesting.</description>
