Today I got a nice e-mail from our SIM server about a package that it automatically downloaded to the VCRM. That's great, but it only lists the cpxxxxx number. It would be most helpful if the e-mail included a description. I can't take the time to do browse around the VCRM or HP's web page to figure out what update that it downloaded.

Notification is great..but make it more helpful.
