https://community.hpe.com/t5/server-management-systems/network-connection-errors-after-updating-hp-sim-4-0-to-4-2/m-p/3503949#M10641 I updated my HP SIM 4.0 to 4.2 last friday and everything went well that day, but when the server was rebooted after getting some strange trap messages I constantly got e-mail trap notifications about servers not being reachable. <BR />I also have network node manager running on that server and there the connections were also gone. Though there is nothing wrong with the connections to the servers in my network. ( i already changed back to 4.0 using a mirrored disk ) but i would like to know what caused this or how this problem can be solved. The server that runs HP SIM has 2 networkcards and is on 2 networks. With HP SIM 4.0 everything was fine.
