      <description>I have installed SIM4.2 and the VPM module on two different computers but get the same error when trying to Acquire Updates &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ID 16600 &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EXCEPTION CLASS: com.hp.mx.exceptions.MxFailedAuthenticationException&lt;BR /&gt;EXCEPTION: Authentication failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It’s something I’m missing, does anyone know what?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bri</description>
