      <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have set up my SIM4.2 on WIN2K.  Tested and rebooted.  I then encountered this error which take very long time. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any resolution is appreciated. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks. &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I found out the problem lie in the NT service "SNMP Trap Service" to be set to Manual or Automatic. That's solve the problem. Let me if that's help. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
