HP SIM 4.2 Authentication

I am running SIM4.2 on a SUSE Linux 9 server. Without creating individual accounts on the CMS, how can my other admins log into the SIM server? Currently, all admins are able to log on locally with a synched Netware account by using Linux User Management.

Is it something to do with PAM? If so what needs to be configured.

Users need to be added to HPSIM. Within HPSIM they're then given different access as required via the toolboxes etc.
Authentication would be against whatever you authenticate against now.

There's no integration into any kind of Groups via LDAP or similar available that I know of it that's what youre hoping for.

I had already added the users into the CMS in hopes it would pick out the accounts. From what I can tell, Linux User Management uses LDAP to synch the accounts.
