    <description>Try Clearing the java cache.. Control panel-&amp;gt;Java plugin-&amp;gt;Cache tab-&amp;gt;Clear jar cache.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have a lot of events / devices in the list?. If yes, try to create custom list that will include only specific events /devices that you are interested. This will improve the time taken to load the list.</description>

      <title>SIM Automatic Event Handling Notification - Slow Response</title>

      <description>I have setup some event notifications. Everytime I create or edit an event(manage tasks), after the logon id is displayed, it takes 10-15 minutes to bring up the selection criteria for the "Select events". After this is done the "Select Systems" selection takes at least 30 minutes to come up.  These are both whether it is a new task/event or an existing one.  The SIM database is on a separate (SQL database) server than the SIM software (4.2 SP1) itsself. Any ideas?</description>

      <description>The SIM software requires Java. Do you have a JRE installed? If so you may want to try and updated the JRE installed on your system.</description>

      <description>We have Java 1.4.2_04 installed.  This is only happening on the two selections mentioned and nothing else. Everything else is displayed in a proper amount of time.</description>
