Security not working for HP Version Control Repository Mgr

Hello, I am trying to troubleshoot a problem with the VCRM.

I am able to log in to the Systems Management Homepage on this server (https://serverdnsname:2381) with my domain username and password, which is a member of Domain Admins and hence local Administrators.
I am able to perform administrative tasks like clearing logs, etc. from the Systems Management Homepage.

When I click the link to the Version Control Repository Manager, I am able to see everything but when I attempt to do things like Rescan the Repository or Delete invalid items, it gives me a message box stating that I must be logged in as an operator or administrator to do this.

HELP!

Can you provide what version of the VCRM you have installed? Also, not that it matters, but are you browsing locally or remotely to the system? Just curious about that.

It was all installed from the 7.10PSP along with HPSIM 4.2SP1. Running:

Systems Management Homepage 2.0.0.103
VCRM 2.1

FYI.....I decided to restart the HP Version Control Repository Manager service and that seemed to do the trick!!
I was able to log in with my normal domain username and password and due to being a local Administrator was able to do things like clearing the log and deleting invalid support packs like Japanese.

Maybe one of the other HP services had been restarted on that server? It runs HPSIM as well.

Now that I remember.....I did restart the HP Systems Insight Manager service on that same machine this morning because of a couple of deploy jobs that were stuck Running at 0% because of a duplex mismatch issue.
Restarting the HPSIM service must have caused a problem with the HP VCRM service.
