Hi,

I too get this when changing more than 2 thresholds at a time (Warning and Critical).

I can still change them by only changing one drive at a time, e.g. D: drive's W & C thresholds then saving, it refreshes the screen and the changes are lost but if I repeat the same action they stick!

Great product! Well it's free and worth every penny.

Hope this helps

Roco

Hi Rosco,
thanks for yout help.

I tried to change only one threshold at a time (i.e. Volume SYS, Critical threshold) and the error is the same.

I realiced than the server console shows a message: "WARNING: CPQWEBAG.NLM is unable to retrieve data from SNMP. Please make sure SNMP.NLM is loaded at your server.

Of course SNMP is configured and running. I recived another traps.

Dou you know where are stored the thresholds?
Is there another way for changing them?

Best regards.
I see the same and it varies from Server to Server, never identified a common thread.

I just keep repeating the setting until it sticks.
There's another "feature" where the display immediately shows the old setting after applying a change but re-selecting the file space used link shows the updated settings.
