Install Software and Firmware

Hi,
I've used the "Install software and firmware" tool to deploy one component (CP004691.exe) to 171 systems. The status of the job is running and it is sitting at 10% for 5 minutes now. The status summary says Status Summary completed:9 failed: 8 Total Systems:17
In total there are 171 systems but they haven't been processed. Is this behaviour normal? I'm running SIM v4.2.

Hi,
I've changed the SWDeploymentMaxDownloadDevices to 1 in configglobalsettings.prop and rebooted the SIM server. Then I've sent the same job as yesterday Install software and firmware" tool to deploy one component (CP004691.exe) to 171 systems. The job now sits at 4% and the status is Status Summary completed 1 failed 6 Total Systems:7.
As you can see only one completed and it doesn't process any other machines. How does SIM process the machines in the list of target machines?
I've also experience every time I've sent a job to more then 100 machines my SIM freezes and stops responding on the network.
