    <description>Best guess is that the motherboard was replaced at some point and the electronic serial number wasn't programmed in by the tech.  You'll have to use RBSU to enter it after someone looks (sorry!) at the serial number label.</description>

      <description>I have an ML370 G2, running Windows NT 4 and Insight Manager Agents V 6.10.2.0.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the Insight Manager Agents when I look at the system board, it shows a Serial Number of all blanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The ROM version is: P25-08/17/2002.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas as to how to obtain the serial number?</description>
