Any ideas?

I'm filling in the domain name and tried the server name, tried copying from various templates and various levels of access?

Where do I set the password?

Thanks for any help.

James

You have create the same user account in the operating system, where HPSIM is installed. HPSIM uses OS authentication.

So if you have a user called "JOE" in the OS, then you have to create a account in HPSIM and provide appropriate authorization, that is specific to HPSIM. During login, the account "JOE" in the OS will be used for authentication.
