HPSIM 4.2 Error with System Page - Event "view was delete by another user"

Hi,
we use HPSIM Ver.4.2.0.0 and I have some problems with the Event-Page in the SIM, when I select a Server. (see attachment)There is a message that the view is deleted by another user.
Is is possible to delete this view? How can I configure the default settings in the System Page in the HPSIM?
I tried to update to version 4.2.0.1, but there was an access violation. After the update fails, it is not possible to reinstall the Service Pack1. We use Windows2003 without the Sp1

Rebooting my server didn't fix the problem as suggested by a previous user. I was still getting the message saying "view was deleted by another user". Then I tried logging in under a different admin account and I was able to see the Event-Page. Apparently, HP doesn't want us to use the main admin account (used to install SIM) for day-to-day stuff like viewing event logs. If this doesn't work check to make sure all of your HP SIM Services are running.

We have to reinstall the whole SIM with the SP1, but since last week the SP2 is available. We will try sp2 looking forward to fixing this problem.

We now see this issue, but after installing SP2. If I log in with the user ID that I use most frequently, which worked prior to today, I get the message above when accessing the event list for a server. If I log in with a different User ID and make the same selection, it works fine.

It seems to be user specific but there appears to be no way to adjust it. Anyone else find a solution?

I am having the same problem after updating to 4.2 SP2. My server is a Windows 2003 Standard server SP1 is not installed.

Running SIM 4.2 SP2 and also getting this message trying to view the Events tab. Only get the message when logged in as the user who initially installed SIM; if I login with a different admin account, do not receive this message. Fixed the problem by deleting the userid that installed SIM and readding it.
