The Client is a Netware 5.1 server running Backup Exec 9.1. I'm having some difficulty configuring alerts for Backup Exec when it is prompting for a 2nd tape. Insight Manager doesn't seem to see this specific trap. All other traps from Backup Exec (job status, hardware failure, job aborted etc)are seen correctly. I've even setup a task to alert on all events from the backup server....but still no alert for a 2nd tape. Has anyone else had this problem?
